:white_check_mark: Merchant compatibility
You will need to check that the locations you are trying to onboard are not Shared locations.

:white_check_mark: Brands on Fidel dashboard
Brands (e.g. Pizza Express) can be added to the Fidel dashboard via the β€˜Brands’ page. You will need to set up a brand first in order to submit locations to the schemes.

:white_check_mark: Merchant consent
Fidel requires consent from every merchant in order to spot transactions from their payment terminals. The brand consent form is emailed to the owner of the brand upon brand creation.

:white_check_mark: Location on Fidel dashboard
Once the Brands have been added, you can now add the locations for those brands to the Fidel dashboard.

:white_check_mark: Merchant Sync
Once all merchant locations have been added to a program, the location data will be sent to the card schemes (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX) to sync locational information. This process typically takes 3-4 working days.
