How would Fidel work in a situation where there’s a cash-back rate for companies that don’t necessarily have an “online store”? (e.g. Uber rides or Spotify subscriptions). Would it be possible to have online attribution here as long as you have their merchant ID? In this instance, Adyen for Spotify and Stripe/Braintree for Uber.
As long as there is a merchantID for the location enroled in the program, we can process the transaction.
If you buy your new sleeping bag at Halfords.com with an enroled card - we’ll record the transaction. If you buy your sleeping bag at a Halfords store - we’ll also record it.
Check out a case study on how Fidel is being used on the High Street in Scotland for stores without an online presence: https://fidel.uk/stories/miconex
Thanks, Doug! This was very helpful.
