Hey @tobylow - I’m Katherine, VP of Product at Fidel. This is something we have on our roadmap, but we need to do some foundational work (which is currently underway) before we can support this. Unfortunately, this means that we will not have this any time soon. Our current timing is later this year, as we have a few other high priority projects related to this foundational work.
In the near term, you do not have to delete the brand completely, but will need to delete the brand’s locations from your account in order to stop receiving transactions. Should you need help doing this, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
